Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your hijab, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are exclusively granted for defective items or if the delivered item differs from the one ordered. For all other reasons, such as a change of mind, only exchanges are available.
Please note that price discrepancies between exchanged items will not result in refunds. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for shipping the items to our office and covering all delivery charges associated with the exchange. We will inspect the returned items before dispatching the exchanged items.
Items purchased in SALE or Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except for defective SALE items, which can be exchanged.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom-made products (special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Returned within [X days] of delivery

Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund's approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
